Do you work on site?
Yes. On-site work is available in Berlin and Brandenburg and, depending on the project, throughout Germany. Travel effort and cost are agreed in advance.
How is the price determined?
Billing depends on the task, scope, risk and required support. You receive a transparent framework before work starts; there are no blanket bargain promises.
Can I get help at night or at weekends?
You can enquire at any time. Guaranteed acceptance, response or restoration times apply only when explicitly agreed. Any surcharge is confirmed before paid out-of-hours work starts.
How can I get in touch?
